1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• For every set of 10 lessons, students may cancel or reschedule up to 2 times without charge, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given.

• Any additional cancellations, or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, will be charged at the full hourly rate.

2. Lesson Format

• Students may switch between in-person and online lessons at no extra cost, as long as the original time slot remains unchanged.

• Requests to change the time slot are subject to availability and may be treated as a rescheduling request.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Each set of 10 lessons must be paid in full one week before the first lesson in the set.

• No refunds will be provided for partially completed or unused lessons.

• If the teacher cancels a lesson for any reason, a make-up lesson will be scheduled at no additional charge.
